Chevron is one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies. Its activities include oil and gas exploration and production, chemicals manufacturing, geothermal energy and power generation. Chevron also invests in renewables and advanced technologies.
As a multinational company running a spread of applications, from Plant Maintenance and Project Systems to Supply Chain Management and Joint Venture Accounting, Chevron identified a need for SAP training.
Absoft was already working with Chevron on system configuration and other SAP related work and therefore when the training need was recognised, Absoft were well positioned to assist in defining Chevron's training needs.
Having identified Chevron’s requirements through the Training Needs Analysis, Absoft proposed a distinct training approach for the supply chain management side, to enable Chevron to get the most out of its SAP system.
