eric mcadam – head of professional services

Eric joined Absoft in November 2010 as Head of Professional Services. In this role he is responsible for the successful delivery of Absoft projects and services and managing Absoft’s consultancy team.

Before joining Absoft, Eric was VP Professional Services with Convergys EMEA where he was responsible for a team of over 200 consultants providing services and implementing software projects for large communications companies. Prior to this Eric gained over 15 years’ experience in project, consulting and software delivery, holding varying positions with Aspects Software and KSCL.

Outside of work, Eric's time is spent with his family, generally being a taxi driver for three daughters, and trying to keep fit.
