SAP SYSTEM UPGRADES

John Cotton Group is Europe’s leading manufacturer of duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, with an annual turnover of more than £90m and around 100 SAP users.
Absoft and SAP worked with the company to establish the business case for upgrading from SAP R/3 version 4.0b to the latest generation SAP ERP system.
The upgrade was completed on time and on budget, and on ‘go-live’ day all users had full system access ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption to the business. The new system has greatly improved the company’s capabilities in proactive business development.
