We start with Discovery workshops - where we challenge our clients to articulate where they want to be strategically, what the contraints are, and how information should support these goals.

  Once a program is well under way, projects begin.  A project might be a new software implementation, an upgrade or an addition to an existing landscape. Application of the Absoft implementation methodologies ensure that project management and change management are taken care of, and there will be no pitfalls to cause failure.

 Pilot or Fast Start

To achieve buy in from the stakeholders in the company, we then undertake a Pilot or Fast Start  project. Together we pick the project that will create the best impression as a showcase for the rest of the program.
