This major oil and gas operator identified a range of SAP training requirements within its Supply Chain Management function, following a strategic review. However, providing in-house SAP training was not deemed a high priority use of resources.
Absoft was the logical choice of partner to undertake the required training programme because of its impressive track record in SAP within the North Sea oil and gas sector.
The training was carried out successfully at Absoft’s SAP training suite in Aberdeen. The brief was to emulate the customer’s own SAP training activities, in order to increase efficient use of SAP and free the customer’s internal resources to concentrate on core business activities. Absoft has also suggested a range of additional activities to improve the SAP system and the skills of the users.
