Absoft awarded ‘One to Watch ‘ status from Best Companies

Absoft has been awarded the coveted “One to Watch” status from Best Companies, the name behind The Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’ list.

Absoft was among only 818 firms across the UK in 2011 to achieve accreditation, which rates organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and is based entirely on employee feedback.

In Autumn 2010 Absoft’s employees were invited to take part in a confidential Best Companies Survey. They were asked questions about personal growth, management and general well being. The results were then analysed by Best Companies, who award an accreditation depending on how employees respond.

Absoft’s managing director Ian Mechie said: “We are extremely proud to be named one of the Best Companies Ones to Watch. The scheme gives us great feedback from staff about what really matters to them and shows us how we can make Absoft an even better place to work in the future.”
