A big round of applause to the whole team at Absoft as we celebrate 10 years as a certified SAP Partner Centre of Expertise! We have been awarded the status of SAP PCoE for the fifth time since 2010.
Richie Reid, Absoft Support Centre Manager, explains what the PCoE certification is and what it means for the company and for our clients:
“We are delighted to have retained our status as an SAP Partner Centre of Expertise. The accolade remains valid until December 2022 and designates us as a Value Added Reseller (VAR). This is the fourth consecutive PCoE certification for Absoft.
How do we achieve the PCoE certification?
“The certification process for SAP Partner Centre of Expertise follows a rigorous audit which focuses upon three main criteria; our processes, our infrastructure and our people. The audit and subsequent judging panel process required to achieve this leaves no stone unturned. It considers client feedback, incident resolution, spot checks on first and second level support, resource levels, consultant skills and much more.
What does the certificate mean for our clients and the company?
“Our continued status as a VAR Partner allows us not only to support any SAP system users but also guarantees our SAP compliance, technical infrastructure, and support tools. It also reflects the technical and commercial expertise of our individual consultants, as well as the investment we make in ensuring our staff are trained to provide our clients with the best SAP service out there.
