SAP specialist Absoft has re-certified its ISO accreditations for information security management and IT service management.
The ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1:2011 certifications follow extensive auditing earlier this year. The accreditations certify Absoft meets the regulatory requirements in dealing with customer security and support services.
The ISO 27001:2013 certification was awarded in recognition of Absoft’s updated and revised security policies for support and hosting and the ISO 20000 was awarded to certify Absoft’s support services team complies with updated support management review procedures.Â
Alastair Morrison, Absoft’s principal SAP technical consultant said: “This formal recognition guarantees that Absoft adheres to international security standards and further affirms our commitment to providing our SAP customers the highest level of quality and support.”
