Innovation and Technology Manager Robert MacDonald’s talk on “Supporting SAP – Automation, self-healing, and monitoring” will take place at 12:45 in the Automation stream and he will tell the story of how we’ve automated and innovated SAP operations for our customers, covering the people journey as well as the technical. Bob will be available for a brief Q&A after the talk – please book a meeting a.s.a.p if you’d like to arrange a longer discussion.Â
