Specialist software business Absoft has secured a contract with design and manufacturing company Downhole Products Ltd in the latest expansion of its oil and gas sector customer base.
Absoft, which supplies SAP software consultancy and support services, has signed a six figure deal with the Aberdeenshire-based provider of specialist oilfield equipment for the international market.
The contract will see Absoft implement SAP to modernise Downhole Productsâ IT landscape and integrate its global finance, sales and manufacturing operations. Absoft will also provide ongoing support for the Portlethen-based firm.
