Scottish SAP consultancy Absoft Limited has reinforced its reputation as a leading specialist in the delivery of SAP consultancy and implementation services by extending its contract with UK telecommunications company THUS plc.
The £500,000 deal will see Absoft implement the SAP FI-CA contract accounts solution which forms part of an SAP telecoms industry solution that assists with consolidation of the invoicing and payment processing. The new application aims to improve customer service, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs within the business.
The system, which has been designed specifically to meet the needs of the telecommunications sector, will allow for standardisation of payment processing and debt management across the organisation. It will eliminate the need to support multiple applications and allow the integration of additional business which THUS may acquire in the future with minimal development work and effort.
